Mark Minden

Mark Minden is a passionate and dedicated entrepreneur who takes pride in the St. Louis region and her potential. Mark started a micro-transit company which operated in the City of St. Louis for over 12 years when he saw the need for last mile transportation in the downtown area. Mark has experience in the Micro-transit and Smart City fields and continues to develop his expertise in solving the last mile problem, as well as to help cities run more efficiently by implementing technology solutions.

Previously, Mark spent 8 years as a Neighborhood Improvement Specialist within the Mayor's Office, a position which serves as a catalyst for bringing together the police, elected officials, government agencies, social services, businesses, community groups, and individuals to identify permanent solutions for ongoing problems.

Mark's unique work experiences allowed him to facilitate the vital strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors. Mark wants to continue to contribute to improving the quality of life in the St. Louis area for all members of the community.
