Scott Malin

Scott is a partner at the law firm of Lathrop GPM, a national law firm, where he is a member of the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Legacy Planning practice group, as well as the Lathrop GPM Executive Committee. Scott is an adjunct professor in the LLM program at the Washington University School of Law, where he teaches a class in Closely Held Business and Succession Planning.Scott earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University and his JD from the Washington University School of Law. Scott has served on the Board of Directors and Board President of Covenant Place, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Productive Living Board.
