Steps to Take After Receiving an Offer to Atlas

All offers for admission and/or a waitlist spot are made through the SchoolAppSTL site

Parents should log in to the SchoolAppSTL site to both see their offers and accept an offer
- Offers made through the initial lottery on March 9 must be accepted by March 16
- After this initial timeframe, any offer must be accepted within 72 hours
How to Register Once You've Accepted

Once you've accepted an offer, you can start your student's registration at this site

For offers/acceptances from the initial lottery notification on March 9, registration must be complete by March 27.

If you need help with registration, you can sign up for our registration help day, or email us to get help or make an appointment for a different date/time. You must either complete registration or sign up for help by March 27 to keep your seat for next year.

The registration process takes approximately 30 minutes. You'll want to have the following before you begin:

2 different documents to verify your address is in the City of St. Louis and matches the address used for registration, these items can be any two of the following: Driver's License, Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Lease Agreement, Voter Registration Card, or any official piece of Mail from City/State/Federal Government

Immunization Records for your child, even if you know your child will receive additional vaccines prior to school starting, please upload the most current documents

If you do not have a physical copy, please request a copy from your child's health care provider and have them faxed to us at 314-947-2643. If you are using this option, you may upload a document that says "Faxed to You" in place of the records

If your child is entering PreK they will need to have a current physical on file. If your child has had a physical after January 1, 2026, you may upload a copy of it when you register. If your child does not have a current physical please ensure they have one by August 1, 2026 and send us a copy after!

If your child has an IEP, 504 plan, Medical Plan, or if your family has a custody agreement or related agreement, you also can upload those documents when your register

When you register, Contact 1 should be the parent/guardian filling out the form, Contact 2 should be any other custodial parent/guardian, and Contacts 3 & 4 should be other relatives/friends who will serve as Emergency Contacts (Example: Contact 1 is mother, Contact 2 is father, Contact 3 in grandmother, Contact 4 is aunt)
